Ticket

• Your registration is binding. No returns, no refunds, not even in the event of illness, a breakdown or bad weather. For events with a fixed date there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
• Can't make it? Your ticket can be transferred to another person up to 1 July 2027. A short email to info@tidm.de is all it takes.
• The ticket is issued digitally through the TidM app and also serves as your vehicle pass – made out to the registration number you gave when you signed up. If you come in a different vehicle, please let us know by 1 July 2027 with a short email to info@tidm.de.
• To drive onto the site and pass the ticket check you need the TidM app on your own smartphone – without it you will not get onto the grounds. Download it in good time before you travel, sign in once and make sure your battery is charged. There are no paper tickets.

What you get

• Admission to TidM on 23–25 July 2027 at the Weserpark in Hann. Münden – including access to the site and a parking space for your registered MX-5. That is the binding part.
• There are two ticket categories: with Bestplace (€39) you get a parking space on the site, with Primeplace (€78) a covered parking space.
• Parking spaces within your category are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis: whoever arrives first parks first.
• Everything else (programme, shows, tours) is a free additional offer and may change or be cancelled without giving rise to any claims.
• Paid optional extras that are cancelled will be refunded – for example breakfast, the BBQ evening or Schnitzeltraum, the old town and night watchman tours, the boat trip or the Fun Rallye.
• The event takes place in any weather. If we cancel, you will get your fee back. For reasons beyond our control (authorities, natural events) we will retain a proportionate share of the costs already incurred. We do not reimburse travel or hotel costs.
• We are planning to hold the event at the Weserpark in Hann. Münden. Should we have to move the event to another location for reasons we are not responsible for, we will inform you without delay. If the replacement location is no more than 30 km away and the programme remains essentially the same, your ticket will remain valid there. If the relocation is unreasonable for you – in particular if the distance is greater or the programme has changed significantly – you may withdraw within 14 days of our notification and will be refunded the amount you paid.

Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. You are liable yourself for any damage you cause.
• The organiser and the landowner are not liable for accidents, weather damage, theft or damage. The site is not a guarded car park.

On the site

• Follow the team's instructions, use only the areas that have been released, and enter only via the designated access roads with a valid ticket.
• Parking spaces are assigned by the marshals. There is no entitlement to a particular space, but do talk to us.
• The right to exclude visitors lies with the organiser. Breaches of the rules will result in removal from the site without a refund.

Vehicles and driving conduct

• Only registered, insured and roadworthy cars, and drivers with a valid driving licence.
• The German road traffic regulations (StVO) and walking pace (max. 6 km/h) apply across the entire site.
• Prohibited: drifting, burnouts, accelerating, revving the engine at a standstill, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drug use, drones and pyrotechnics without our written permission, and selling anything without prior agreement.
• Report any oil leaks immediately; if you know your car leaks, bring something to put underneath it.

Quiet hours, rubbish, dogs

• Quiet hours: from 11 pm on Friday, from midnight on Saturday.
• Rubbish goes in the bins. We leave the site the way we found it.
• Dogs are welcome, on a lead. Whatever the dog leaves behind, the owner takes away.

Camping

• Camping can be booked as an add-on while stocks last.
• One pitch per ticket for a 2- to 3-person tent (approx. 3 m² per person).
• Groups of five MX-5 or more can form a joint camp with a gazebo (3 × 3 m) after registering by email.
• Tents only. No motorhomes, campervans or trailers, except trailers towed by the MX-5.
• There is no electricity on the camping area.

Barbecuing

• Gas barbecues only. No open fires, no charcoal, no fire bowls.
• Set it up so it stands firmly, keep 3 m clear of cars, tents and plants, never leave it unattended, keep a fire extinguisher or fire blanket to hand, and turn off the gas afterwards.
• In windy or dry conditions, or when there is a risk of wildfire, we may prohibit barbecuing at short notice.

Photos and data

• Photographs and films will be taken, including by us for our website, social media, newsletter and print material. People, cars and registration numbers may be identifiable. By entering the site you consent to this.
• Private photos and videos are welcome; commercial use only with our permission.
• Parts of the site are under video surveillance by the owner. The controller for this is Stadtentwässerung Hann. Münden, Weserpark 1, 34346 Hann. Münden – requests for information about or deletion of the recordings should be addressed to them. We have no access to them, and the surveillance does not mean your belongings are being guarded.

Safety

• Always keep escape and rescue routes clear. Vehicles blocking them will be moved at the keeper's expense.
• In an emergency, first call 112 or 110, then inform the event team.
